Good Stuff!
Mac and Cheese is my go to backpacking food! It is reliable, has a good amount of protien, and it is hard to screw up the taste.
I dislike most of the 'spice' filled dehydrated food because they get the spices so wrong and it tastes terrible.

This was pretty good food. Serving size per packet says 2 people, we think 1.5 is more realistic. It took about 15 minutes to absorb water at 8000 feet. Vegetarian and delicious. We would definitely buy it again.
