Away Suitcase Lives Up To Excellent Reviews

First time purchasing a hard-sided suitcase and am pleasantly surprised. It's sturdy yet not too heavy. The inside organization has plenty of pockets to organize my gear. And the wheels roll so smoothly.

The Away Purchase Experience

Away is selling a buyer experience, not just a quality suitcase. We admired the roller bag carry-ons of our son and daughter-in-law as they visited us, and they were very happy with the product. Will use it for the first time on an international trip in a few weeks. They prepared us for managing the locking mechanism when it arrived, and the provided video was excellent. It is everything promised and looks like it has an ample size.

Product Delay

Took almost 3 weeks to get to me, if I didn’t reach out it could have been more.

Love My New Carry On.

Love the color. The QR for all instructions is a nice touch. I have it packed for an Amtrak trip to Glacier & found packing intuitive with the compression on one side and the pockets. I use packing cubes which works well. So far the ease of the rollers is better than anything I’ve had.

Nice Luggage

Very nice carry on. Not too heavy so I think I won't have any trouble getting it into the overhead bin. Haven't taken a trip with it yet.

Big Upgrade

Well designed and constructed. The color is attractive. Love the way the wheels work. A big upgrade from my previous carry-on bag.

Dandy

We have a couple different sizes that we bought 3 years ago. I just bought one for my sister, and my dad is likely to get one. They wheel so easily. I love the pockets and laundry pouch. The flex is great for questionable stuffers like me, but my son and sister are good with The Carry-On regular. I know the price is high, but they are built to last and stand by their product and promises. My sister had 2 or 3 sets of cheaper luggage that broke in the last 4 years. That adds up, is more of a hassle, and our plant doesn’t need the trash.

Wheels Are Great! Zipper, Not So Much.

The wheels and I ternal organization on this luggage are excellent. The zipper, however, is not. It's much harder to use than my Amazon basics suitcase. It's disappointing for the price of this suitcase.
