I love my Loyaks! I am 72, and wear my Loyaks all the time - not just on the trail. So often I see senior-age folks wearing VERY thick soled sneakers that can be difficult and heavy to wear - even a trip hazard. Loyaks are thin soled and very light and comfortable enough to wear all day. They have no tongue! I hate fighting with a tongue!
