Fantastic Shoe, Highly Recommend
I've run with the GT-2000 model for the past 4 yrs and I do think this year's model is the best variation thus far. Seems to have a log more bounce and the cushion is excellent. Would recommend and have recommended to anyone that's a moderate runner that needs stability.

Just Bought Pair #2-great Shoe!
Bought my first pair two weeks ago and just bought a second pair. Support is great, especially in the heal with this tongue design. All other running shoes that I have tried recently were getting too soft and cushiony. I just left my former preferred brand of many years for this Asics shoe, after trying out many other brands and shoes, their porridge was either too hot (soft) or cold (hard). This one was just right, as it has the right balance of cushion, firmness and support. Don't mess it up with the 15 or future generations, Asics!

Solid Heel Counter Makes All The Difference
i really really like this model especially because the 'heel counter' is so solid. the previous models have been mostly crap and getting your foot sometimes-with socks & without- into the shoe without the heel counter collapsing was beyond frustrating but BOOM the 14 made that go away like a bad cold. i do have to add i have a solid plastic arch support i wear 24/7 adding to the equation. i wear my Asics year round in VT even in the winter. I've been an Asics GT2000 wearer since model 6, I think. thank you.
