The Best
Excellent size, weighing 100 grams. The rubber feels very high quality. It can be hung up, placed on a surface without slipping thanks to the rubber base, and even positioned at an angle using the hooks. The moonlight mode is not at all bothersome; it's super dim. The red light is also very pleasant and not at all irritating. It has three LED battery indicators. I appreciate the locking switch to prevent it from turning on during transport, although it's not really necessary because turning it on requires a lot of force—too much for my liking, which is the only negative point I can mention. Another positive aspect is the price. There's nothing else like it at this price.

Very Bright
I love the Ampex rechargable mini lantern. It is very bright for how small it is and fits in your pocket. I love that it is rechargable also. I have a solar powered battery pack that I can charge my mini lantern with while out camping. Definitely worth it!!!

Ambient Lighting
Bright enough for a small space like a small tent, outside of that it isn't very bright. For it's intended use it is help, compact, easy to charge and gives ambient lighting. Definitely, can't rely on it soley when needing brighter light. Holds charge for a about 6 hours on it's highest setting.
