Fantastic Stability Shoe

I have a pronate issue. I use to run in Kayano's for 15 years, then they started stacking their heel so high my calves and shin started hurting. So switched to Altra Paradigm shoe because I prefer to feel the road. Ran on them for about a year but my knee and sciatica started to flare (old issue) and I notice most of the wear on the shoe was mostly on the inside heel which tells me not really a stability shoe. So I switched tried these, with a little bit of drop but not enough to get shin splints. Love this shoe. The wear on the heel is equal on the outside and inside, which tells me the shoe is helping my pronation problem. But I do have to say they do wear fast. I run everyday about 4 miles and have to replace every 4 months. But def worth keeping the leg issues at bay.

Best In Show For Happy 70 Year Old Feet

I have complicated former hammertoe surgeries in both feet and recently tried several Altra styles. Bye bye Hokas! My feet never felt better, supporter and stronger as I transition to this style, along with use of toe socks and toe spacers. Fifty years of poor footwear, including during nyc career days! My dear Dad would be so proud of me that I finally am taking care of my feet! Thank you Altra and also Dr. Courtney Conley /Gait Happens! I want every color! 😁

Need Better Colors

Like the shoe, but the colors are not so great, Any chance new colors will launch?

Another Altra Shoe I Can't Wear.

After experiencing Achilles pain from the Experience Flow 3 and returning them to the store I ordered the Experience Flow ST After letting my Achilles heal to where I had no pain I ran in the ST this morning and limped home. I'm still limping. I can't tell you how much I loved the first Experience Flow. I never had an issue with them and bought them through the 2's. That was the best shoe ever, but of course Altra "updated". Awful shoe. They have updated me out. Looking for new shoes suck and I will miss the toe space but I'm in pain and done.
