2nd Pair / Same Problem

Left tongue: the shape is cut wrong and sewn in crooked. I'm constantly pulling it straight because it slides to the outside of my foot. Returning these. No more Altras. Quality control is an issue.

Crooked Left Tongue

2nd pair, same problem. The shape of the left tongue is not cut properly, and it is sewn in crooked. The right shoe tongue sits center of my foot, while the left shoe tongue slides to the outside of my foot. It is very annoying because I have to stop and pull it straight. I can feel it bunching on the outside of my foot. I'm on my second pair and returning these as well.

Great Running Shoe That Could Use A Few Tweaks.

I was a long supporter of the Saucony Omni series until the recent changes in the shoe led to some knee pain. I'd always had my eye on Altra, but never had a reason to pull the trigger until now. I'm a little mad at myself for waiting so long to try these. This shoe feels great on my foot and has made my stride feel much more natural. I only have two complaints, one minor and one medium. 1. I wish the offered some more vibrant colors. 2. The lacing system could use some work. It can be tough to get a secure feel sometimes.
