Literal Garbage

Bought this jug back in September 2022. Once I had received the jug I thought it was great until I noticed the seal on my lid was loose/stretched and would not sit in the groove properly resulting in the lid leaking like a sieve unless you tighten it with the strength of 1000 horses resulting in the lid becoming a lot harder to remove. I emailed Yeti about the issue for warranty and was told they did not have seals in stock and would contact me when one was available. Still have yet to hear from them. Complete waste of $170.

All The Yeti Charm In A Thirst Quenching Size

My partners got this for me for Mother’s Day because I live in Az & I drink a LOT of water. Everything exceptional about the yeti brand just in their largest size, I did not anticipate to like the magnetic chug cap as much as I do but it’s genuinely a lifesaver. I was worried it would be cumbersome to drink directly from and it really isn’t and I’ve found I don’t notice it any more than any other water bottle. Only thing is I would LOVE some type of straw top option for the gallon but that wouldn’t stop me from purchasing another in the future!

Another Review Discussing The Poor Designed Lid...

I am so glad that other people are saying the same thing, I was worried that it was just me. The lid is either IMPOSSIBLE to get off if you tighten it normally ('m sure I'll eventually pull my back out trying to fill the Rambler), or it leaks horribly if you keep it even the slightest bit loose. I expect so much more from a water jug that costs $130.

Lid Is Hard To Remove And Leaks

I received this as a gift in June 2022 and it leaks and is imposible to get the lid off. I’ve tried over and over and over to use it to no avail. I started a month ago with my warranty claim and it just takes a long time to go back and forth and get it processed and now the lid is out of stock so I’ve been waiting for several weeks for it to come in. After reading comments from others it would seem that the product is faulty and needs a redesign.

Total Disappointment

I bought this with great hopes of having cold fresh water all day everyday in my travels. The lid has leaked since day one. I’ve tried every which way to screw on the lid and it still leaks. I’ve had many Yeti products in the past and very happy. This one is a total disappointment
