The new one works much better than the old ones since the magnets were falling out of the inside.

Larger Than It Looks!

I ordered this M30 as a replacement for my M20 under a recall. The M30 is much larger than I thought it would be. I’ve used it twice since I received it and it holds ice for at least 24 hours in temps above 95° in the Georgia sun. The opening is large and the inside isn’t as bulky as the M20. We’re glad we chose this one for our replacement.

Top Is Hard To Close

I was so excited to receive this cooler. However it was very stiff and was impossible to close. I returned it for the new yeti bag with magnetic fold over top, even though it’s smaller.

Don’t Rely On Strap Hook To Work.

Metal part of the strap clip broke! This is only the second time we have used it! All of our other Yeti products are great! I have tried to purchase a new replacement strap and have had nothing but issues with finding/ getting the stupid AI to put it in my cart!

I love my yeti soft cooler bag! I was replacing my yeti bag that was destroyed.

Great Cooler, Larger Than Anticipated!

It is a fantastic cooler and design. I bought it as a gift for kids' mom and she loved it in theory, but it is truly enormous. Larger than she/we anticipated. We ended up returning it the next day since she ended up wanting a different soft cooler, the hopper / flip 18 I think it was called--it was just a lot more portable and practical for what she had in mind. This is still an 'excellent' rated 5-star cooler, you can tell immediately like most their gear, just be aware it's not a toss over your shoulder and hop on the boat or hike out some place with friends/family type of cooler. It's more like a heave this thing once from point A to point B for the entire weekend type of cooler. We already have a couple of the medium to large hard shells for that niche or may have kept it!

Perfect Cooler For Truck Back Seat

Great cooler, they had to recall my last one but made it right I like their soft coolers

Shoulder Strap Hook Broke

I got this cooler as a recall replacement because the magnets were coming out. I used it the first time and the metal part on the hook that attaches the shoulder strap came apart. Never had this issue with the old one.

We are very pleased with the upgrade you did to the hopper. the fact that it stays open is a game changer! We are also very happy with the warranty service. It's very worth it to spend the extra money Yeti charges when you get a product and a company that stands behind it!

Much Improved Cooler

Love the cooler - holds a lot of anything needed cold and easily accessible and easy to close back with the new magnet closing system - much easier than the Zip backpack cooler and much more room. Very Cool Green color!
