Too Short And Poor Hood Design

I did not use the bag in the field but I wanted to leave this review for others in my situation. I am 6' 175 lbs with broad shoulders and thin legs. In all other brands of mummy bags (of which I have had many, including WM) a normal 6' size is a perfect fit. I would say this bag would be best if you were no more than 5'9" or 10" and on the slimmer side. With the hood up, my feet compress the down at the bottom as well as at the head which would definitely lead to some cold nights if pushing the temp rating. I also found the hood design to be too wide and open instead of contoured for the head. This again, would be a big deal if you're trying to push the temp rating as there is a lot of open space when cinched up. Everything else about the bag is perfect. Dimensions were roomy for shoulders and feet. The zipper is great. It looks like it would compress very small, and the dark color would help out with drying it quickly in the sun light.

Lite And Warm

I bought this to trim some weight in my backpack trips. My 6’ sleeping bag in the storage bag wieghed in at 16.2 oz’s and kept me warm on a 40 degree night

Great Bag!

I bought this for a backpacking trip with my wife at the beginning of June. It definitely got to be about 40, 45 degrees at night. I was mostly comfortable but I would recommend wearing a good base layer when using this sleeping bag near its temperature rating. The weight is excellent and it packs down super small. Overall, I will use this bag on many adventures in the summer.

Purple To The Extreme

Great bag, super light, and crazy fluffy. Also it is purple. Like really really purple. Like so purple that you'd fit in at a Prince sleepover party.
