Jimmy hiking boot
good if you go hiking occasionally, but if you hit the trail every weekend these boots will fall apart on you in less than a year. extremely comfy and the waterproofing works good but if you use frequently use them you can expect the bottoms to be seperating and holes in the back by the heels.

i got two pairs to rotate, they are excellent and comfortable. hot but i guess that comes with being waterproof. still...timberland for me. im on my feet on concrete a lot.

I recently purchased this boot and I love it. It fits perfectly and very comfortable. I hiked Slide Mountain in Catskills. I gave 3 stars because the color I ordered wasn’t as shown in the website. It’s darker than the one shown in the website. It doesn’t look the same as in person. I should have ordered the lighter brown. I wish I could return and exchange for lighter brown color but I used it once.

I have loved the fit of Timberland products in the past and was excited to find these to be my new hikers after trying on a few different pairs. Love the fit, but after less than 50 miles of use, a seam on the side split open. I took them to a shoe repair shop and was told that this particular seem construction can only be redone if the entire shoe is pulled apart so that both sides of the leather lay flat. No fix possible. Would have hoped for something longer lasting.

Fit great. Insoles are garbage. I replace them with Dr Scholls Stability Support insoles. Eventually the stitching on the outer front side of the boot splits resulting in loss of water proofness. I still buy and wear them because they are wide and very comfortable with the improved insole I add. I have had 4 pairs and will buy again.

These boots were perfect until I walked through some tall grass that was wet. The grass was wet, but the ground was not. And I had to stop just to empty one of my boots that was full of water. Timberdry is a joke.

I train my dogs for hunting and competition and am always traipsing through fields and whatever the terrain gives me and my Timberland boots never let me down. I go though a pair every 2 years or so..........

This is my second pair of Timberland Mt. Madden boots (the first lasted several years) and I love them. They are durable, well made, comfortable boots for walking, work, hiking. High quality product!

DO NOT BUY! The stitching on a total of 4 seams(2 on each boot) burst within the first hiking season they were used for. I would not recommend these boots to anyone at all.
