Missing Some Parts And Manual.

I was missing half of my washers for assembly, no manual or instructions for setup and key barrels were challenging to slide in. I did find help on a youtube search for the setup.

Easy to install Got 4 bikes on it on my first trip (+1000km) and everything is steady !

Bombproof, Zero Sway, Feels Very Robust.

I absolutely love this thing, I've been using it all spring and early summer and it felt like it was time for a review. It fits my longish (2025 Santa Cruz Hightower size L) bike w/o hanging off the edge, and there is almost zero sway in the rack system. It's got great departure angle on our 5th gen Outback, and folds up nicely when not in used. This is my 3rd Thule tray rack, i've gotten longevity out of each of them. This one feels like the most robust version to date, and is a lot easier to use than some of the competitors (imho) like 1Up.

The Thule straps are way to small for fat tires bikes.

Great Design Very Robust And Well Thought Out

Super easy to install and use. Moves between vehicles nicely with the wheels. Holds my heavy e-bikes just fine and I don’t notice them driving. Very secure and I love the built in locks. Top notch item well worth it.

Lock Is A Joke

Excellent quality of construction, insane for bike, but Thule only provide a super small lock to secure and with only 1 hole on the hitch part you can’t secure with the usual rod and lock like on trailer… what happen is everybody in my neighborhood is getting those stollen once in a while even if driveway because the lock is so easy to brute force. Had to go back to my old Thule with standard hitch lock

Simple And It Works.

We replaced an older version of this rack from Thule, so far we are very happy. The rack is much lighter than the old version and fits longer wheel based bikes. The release handle works great and the locking mechanism on the wheel arms feel secure. So far a great rack after a few months of use on the road.

Very Solid Bike Rack!

I've been super happy with his bike rack. It's very solid and can take all types of bikes from skinny tires to big knobby MTB tires. The lock is quite handy as well..

I am incredibly happy with the features and overall function of the Thule T2 Pro XTR. It checks every box for what a premium hitch rack should be, and the assembly process could not have been easier. Overall Great Rack, Some Downfalls Though

This bike rack is bigger than I thought, but it has all the bells and whistles. I like the wheels on the bottom to move it around and the locking mechanism that is connected to the knob that tightens the hitch connection - no more worries about the bumps on the road loosening the bike rack. Things I wish were better is the mechanism that lifts and lowers the rack is tight, requiring some more muscle when releasing and lifting it. The lever to release the rack is also a bit hard to squeeze with your hand in it's awkward placement. Lastly, I wish that the built in lock on the front tire arm was longer. It's only long enough to go around my fork, which ideally I want it to go around the frame instead. I'm excited to have this rack, however, for the ability to buy additional the add-on once my kids are big enough to go on family bike trips!

Works With All My Bikes

I have been really happy with this bike rack. It was between Thule and 1UP. I prefer the flexibility with bigger wheels.

Awesome bike rack. Easy to assemble and love the wheels for moving when not on the car.

Very Disappointed

I bought this a week ago, and I couldn’t be more disappointed. This product, which is designed for bikes up to 60 lbs. does not come with a loading ramp. Moreover, Thule does not make a ramp that is compatible with it. A waste a my money. Poor design. Buyer beware. Read the fine print.

Best Mtb Rack Ever

This is the best bike rack I’ve ever used. Setup took less than 20 minutes to have the rack on my hitch, and it was seamless. The design of the lock and tightening mechanism is amazing, and causes the rack to be completely silent. I just did a 4000km road trip across the country with both my carbon 29er mountain bikes on the back. I was nervous and checking my mirrors every 30 seconds the whole trip, and they did not budge once. Not only that but there was no rubbing damage or anything. I wasted my time with a North Shore rack before this. I wish I had just pulled the trigger on this one sooner. Do yourself a favour and get this rack.
