Cheaply Made Zipper!

The jacket has a really nice style and looks great on my son, which is why we purchased it again. Unfortunately, the zipper is very poorly made. As shown in the photos, the zipper tape started tearing away from the jacket after normal use (1st time wear), making it impossible to zip properly. This is especially disappointing because this is the second jacket we've bought in the same season with the same issue, and once again we are stuck waiting for a refund and in need for a jacket. The design is nice, but the zipper construction seriously needs improvement.

I Would Not Buy This Coat Again.

My son used this coat 4 times and the zipper came apart and it needed repair under warranty. The coat was 3 months old and purchased from this site. I was informed the repair would take 10-12 weeks.
