Great Rod For Chatterbaits
Bought the VTC72MHM model for fishing chatterbaits for largemouth bass. It casts extremely well and pairs great with a 150 sized reel. Planning to purchase another Victory rod for Texas rigs.

The Fishing Rod Is Great, But The Store Is Not Very User-friendly When Shopping Online
This is my second time buying a fishing rod from DICKS, but this time was the worst experience. The size and specifications of the products sent were inconsistent, and even the wrong products were damaged. They were also just wrapped in a cardboard box. It’s unbelievable that a $200 fishing rod is not worth protecting well?

Dick’s Shipping Department Needs Serious Improvements
Wish I could review the rod, but after two failed deliveries I gave up and purchased from another vendor. First time the package arrived bent in half with rod snapped in half. Dick’s sent me another. Package was delayed by FedEx for 4 days then finally unable to be delivered as package was damaged. Dick’s shipped this 1 piece 7’ rod in a flimsy cardboard box with no protection. Terrible.

What More Can I Say About St Croix Rods!
Now on my 10th St Croix rod I can honestly say that you really get what you pay for in fishing rods. First off is the quality and the fact that they are made here the USA is awesome. Secondly is the warranty, this rod came with a 15 year which I’ve already had to use and they are so easy to work with.
