We are a big Stanley family. We continue to buy new ones. Every so often I get one that the seal is just too tight or something. No matter what tweaking I do to the straw or the lid or the air hole- we cant take more than one sip at a time cause no water gets thru the straw. It’s not the length of straw either. Theres no air getting in to let the water go up the straw or something.

I love the cup & thankfully it didn’t arrive scratched up because your packing skills sucked. We pay too much money for these cups to be rolling around in an empty, unsecured box. Try using bubble wrap if you’re not going to put them in the boxes they come in.
