Great Lightweight Pack

Great For Long Walks

Used the Hikelite 18 while away for long weekend in the caravan. Wore it everyday while taking long walks with the dogs. Loads of room for all I needed including extra water for the dogs, enough for me and my wife and additional clothing. i love the airmesh on the back. Perfectly dry all day

Fantastic Bag For Day Hikes

Excellent

I wanted a smaller backpack as my 26 litre is too big. I saw the hikelite and decided that it would be the perfect size and still had all the spec that I needed. The backpack is so comfy and I could hardly tell it was on my back. The size is also perfect for a day hike and I can still attach my poles to the pack and there are two large pockets that I can fit my water bottles in to.

Glad I purchased this back pack , it's great when I'm cycling and the airflow system . . . is COOL . The side pockets hold water bottles very securely . The straps are easy to adjust - even when on the bike . Decent internal capacity . Look's great .

Just Right

Petrfect size for summer day hikes and very comfortable too, even in hot weather. Some straps for attaching thigs to the outside would be an improvement

Excellent Day Pack

I had an older one of these very well-used. Only complaint is they don’t do it in red any more. Best update: side pockets bigger so water bottle fits better

Osprey Hikelite 18l

I bought this item a few months back for my girlfriend. She loved the light purple color I chose as well as how comfortable it was. So far she has enjoyed it on multiple day hikes and loves how simple the organization is as well as the support while loaded up with layers, lunch, first aid kit, etc. She especially loved the ability to add her trekking poles to her pack while not in use and overall is happy with her Osprey Hikelite pack.

Perfect For Day Hikes

Having recently purchased a Hikelite 26 to replace my old day pack, I couldn't be happier. It's perfect for those long day hikes with plenty of space and the classic functionality of Osprey. The Airspeed back not only spreads the load but does a fantastic job of stopping that horrible sweaty back feeling you get from other brands.

Hikelite™ 18 Hiking Backpack.

I bought this backpack as a gift for my husband. We took it on a walking holiday in the Yorkshire dales. It was great, fitted loads in it. He’s loves the back structure that distributes the weight on his back and also kept him cool, no sweaty t-shirt . It’s a little pricey for a backpack but is definitely good quality and well made.

Another Great Pack

Have several Osprey packs and this one doesn’t disappoint! Only reason it’s not 5 star is it arrived with one of the zips stuck on an inside tab and it took me ages to free it!
