Good Product And Good Service In The Bicycle Department

I've been adding miles to my bicycle riding, but I was getting sore spots like a small rash on my butt. I asked Michael about that, and he said that my seat was probably too wide. So, I bought a narrower seat and the problem went away. It was a good product with good service. The other Bike Tech even installed the new seat!

Hard As A Rock

Initially, I thought the seat was really good and then I went on a bike ride for 3 miles. OMG, my butt went numb and it was so painful. As you said down, the cushioning compresses and feels like its just a hard plastic seat. I returned it and got a different seat and it is much better.
