As Light As A Feather!
I bought this jacket with the upcoming Winter in mind replacing my previous ten years’ old puffer. I can tell it’s going to be warm enough for the E coast winter but what really blows my mi d is just how light it is. Whereas I’ve always had jackets that encumbered my movements and I’d simply got used to that fact, this jacket feels so incredibly light and form fitting that it’s going to be a new experience for my winters. I love the fact it feels like a light jacket instead of a ‘winter coat’ and can’t wait to be wearing it daily very soon.

Waterproof Or Not!
I reviewed the specs but I couldn't find any info for being waterproof. Can anybody advice?

Just What I Hoped For
I bought this to replace a 16 year old 800 fill down coat. This coat is warmer than the old one was. It fits well, lofts well and seems durable. It packs into its pocket for backpacking or cold weather hikes. I'm happy.

Average
I had a 500-fill jacket previously like this one. Bought it about 15 years+ from Mountain Hardware. This new jacket seems like it’s not made as well. Feels very cheap. The older jacket seemed warmer even though the fill was less.
