A Disappointed Customer
I purchased these to replace an old pair of supposedly the same shoe. This is definitely not the comfortable, sturdy shoe I was replacing. This shoe seems to be a flimsy, cheaper version of the old favorite. The new one does not have the arch support or the comfortable fit that kept the shoe from flopping off your foot. So disappointing after being a loyal customer for so many years. How about bringing back the quality shoe that you were once known for!!!

Excellent Shoes, Worn As Slippers.
This is my fourth pair of encore ice shoes. I buy them to wear as slippers around the house. I have flat feet and these provide excellent support that is lacking in most slippers. They are warm and cozy and very light weight for such a substantial shoe. My only complaint is that after a couple of months, the insole starts to come out. This has happened with every pair I've owned. Otherwise, I will continue to buy these for as long as they are available.
