    Finger hole on pull-up strap is too small for a finger. The tounge is so tight against my ankle it hurts. I tried to wear them all day hoping it would break in, it did not. It left no skin on my ankle. Apparently the elastic is so tight through the toung that it never will breaknin. I just don't wear them. Like so many others. Why is it so hard to find a comfortable shoe or boot for work anymore?

    I have worn these for over 20 years. What happened. The last two pairs I have bought don’t have the rigid piece in the heal area, so no you can’t just slip them on any more. Please change them back for those of us that have bad backs and have trouble bending over to fix the heal.

    I have been wearing this particular shoe for the past 5 years. I always order it online and it has always pleased me. The last pair I ordered, however, is not nearly as comfortable. It does not seem to have as high of an arch as previous pairs. That is the main reason I loved this shoe before. Please consider improving the arch.
