Very thoughtfully designed. I did a ton of research before I picked this tent and I have zero regrets..it's honestly the best tent I have ever had. Intuitive and quick set up, wonderful layout with lots of headroom, super construction. I haven't had it in the rain yet so I can't attest to how it performs, but the seams appear very well taped. Amazing ventilation!

Very nice tent only note is set up was pretty ambiguous with limited instructions. Took a sec to figure out how to work the rain fly.

Honestly I was super impressed the first time I set this tent up - it is huge!! A true space comfortable for 4P (so rare in a 4P tent) & I can even stand up in it. Seems to be super well designed with strong fabrics & seams, vestibules / doors on both sides, and even cool half/double doors. I originally was searching for a 4P tent just to fit my Exped MegaMat Duo, but I got so much more space & functionality than I bargained for & am thrilled!! Haven’t used it in inclement weather yet but am confident in the waterproofing just from feeling the materials. Can’t wait to take this (& share it) on many more adventures!

Great shape, vents well, sets up easy. Seems like it will hold up well. Plenty of room for my wife and our dog. Have not been in the rain with it yet. I'm sure it will be fine, can't remember a time when a Marmot product has let me down.
Limestone Tent Review
Love the easy setup and spaciousness of this tent!

The tent is really well designed and made. I used it for the first time, all is as described. It's lightweight, easy for me to put up alone, including the rainfly. The zippers seem really strong, no extra flaps to get caught. Seams are strong, along with the clothesline and pockets. It's well ventilated but yet I was very warm and dry - 50-60 degree nights The space between the rainfly and the door is a bit small for me. Took some bending over to get in and out as you unzip the fly, then unzip the tent, and if you're carrying something, it's harder. A little bit of coordination and all worked. There isn't privacy if you leave the rainfly flap up as the tent is all screen. I used it as a leader tent for a scout trip so privacy is a must. I think that it actually will keep everything very dry and not a deal breaker for me. Overall, excellent tent.

Our 2010 limelight is still completely functional 15 years later. Setup is possible with you ne person if needed. Parts can be separated for individuals to tote if going dome light backpacking. Highly recommend this tent.

Had the chance to spend 5 nights in the 4P Limelight in Voyagers National Park recently. This tent replaced an old 3P Eureka I had for many years. The ease of set up for this tent given the size was amazing! Was super easy to setup with one person and could only imagine how quick it would go up with two! Really love the space inside this tent. The pre-bent poles offered a lot of space inside and the addition of the clothes line was great for drying out a few shirts that i left out overnight (dewy). The part I like most are the two doors - the larger door made it easy to bring all my gear in, no tripping over people, bags, etc to get in or out and the vestibule had the perfect amount of space to keep all our shoes dry too! Love this tent!

Easy to set up, spacious, love that it has 2 doors

Large and spacious. Large doors in front and smaller one in back was very useful. Coming from a smaller "4 person tent" (sierra South fork) this was more difficult to put up for one person. Mainly because the poles are threaded through the top. This Required the tent and poles to be lifted while simultaneously bending them into place eyelets in the corners. Clips to the top might be easier to build the tent. The rainfly has a droop over the main vestibule where rain collects. No leaks observed but it makes entering during rainfall risky. We camped during a bright moon. The kiwi color made the tent seem while on the inside. Drying out took somewhat long due to some of the double over layers (zipper covers, flaps etc) trapping water. Pack size and pole design makes it just too big to be a good packing tent. Good for cars and short carry ins Size:5/5 Set up: 4/5 Rain resistance: light rain (4/5) Drying time: 3/5 Color option: 4/5 Wind resistance:TBD

I have been looking for a new camping tent forever. Being a bit of a penny pincher I had been burning through one cheap tent after another. I recently got the Limestone for an weekend camping trip and I love. It was rainy and windy all weekend but my tent stayed bone dry. More than that, I could actually stand in this tent and the walls being so vertical I could actually fit my wife and two kids in it without us rolling over each other all night. Even better its got these great pockets for stashing away your gear. You can tell they really thought out every aspect of this tent.
