Gets the job done! No complaints. Solid rope for climbing.

bomber rope for the crag this thing is bulletproof

Great Starter Rope

This was my first rope, it’s perfect for beginners! Not a lot of twisting, durable, easy to belay with, feeds well.

Best Sport Climbing Rope Ever

Love the two designs, easy to find middle point, moves smooth in ATC, good stretch… I ❤️ this rope

Rope Review

Fantastic rope and durability. I buy new rope every year and this one has not disappointed. I went with the larger 9.8 vs 9.5 and it’s great for Trad days and normal wear and tear. If you are heavy and belayer a lighter individual just need to ensure they are really good with catches. The 9.8 has a little less elasticity than the smaller ropes and could create harder catches. But no issues with good belayers knowing how to catch. Rope has stayed cleaner then other classic crag ropes and doesn’t seem to collect dirt as easily. Overall would recommend.

Excellent Workhorse Rope

It's nothing glamorous, but so far it's held up extremely well. Rope is easy to clip and feeds well through various belay devices.

Awesome Climbing Rope

iIf you're looking for a good, do everything well, climbing rope, this is your rope. It's extremely durable, just enough stretch for soft catches, and it holds up extremely well to the hard and sharp limestone and sandstone of the Southeast US. Definitely recommend this product for everyone. if you're a beginner, this rope will stick with you well into an expert level and serve you well. If you're already advanced.... this rope won't let you down

Solid Dependable Rope

Very dependable rope. Has taken plenty of falls and still is in great shape and feeds well through my device even when dirty. Would recommend!

If You Like Fraying And Retiring A Rope Early, Then This Ain't A Bad Option.

I will likely be retiring this rope within 5 months of receiving it. Not out of excessive use, but normal Trad wear and tear. I know it's not exactly built for Trad, but TR didn't seem to flow easy with this rope either. The sheath seems to be slipping on the core with excessive fraying and many weak core spots. I use my gear heavily, but compared to a BD rope I have used in the past, this rope is not worth the money. Save extra and get yourself a BD rope or something with a better sheath.

Out Of Bag 'Hand'

Out of bag 'hand' is slightly different from mammuts a few years ago. It feels slightly more course.

Long Lasting, Reliable, Great Rope

My second purchase of this rope because I’ve loved the quality. Runs smooth and very durable. Holds up well after months of outdoor use. Does not kink as much as some other ropes I’ve tried. Never had any issues with the ends, and loved for trad and sport across the country.

Super Strong Shell And Lots Of Good Dynamic Energy. Classic Mammut

I’ve climbed with multiple other rope brands and this feels the nicest and has been the smoothest.

Great First Rope

This rope was the right price and has worked great as a first toprope
