Great Fly Fish Net

Needed a net that would not harm the fish’s coating prior to release, had a longer handle and was large enough for large trout and smallmouth, but didn’t have a lot of money to spend. This fit the bill perfectly.

Could Be A 5 Star, But

Initially I liked this net, but as I soon found out the issue with it was the cheap THIN stretch cord. It's about half the diameter of my old and cheaper net. After 3 or 4 fishing days the cord broke and I lost the entire net. It broke off at the clip. Unfortunately I didn't realize when or where it happened and could not find it. $25 bucks down the river because of a cheap stretch cord attached to an otherwise good landing net. Save your money or replace the cord straight away.

Nice Pretty Net

I got this net for bass kayak fishing due the size and it being the only rubber net that was in the store. Great net, and it looks nice, it's just too short and not deep enough for Big bass fishing in a Kayak. I know that it's for trout. I'll keep it for a spare. My main net will be the Ego S2.
