They Do Not Repel Water At All.

I have worn these pants on two occasions in light rain. The ability to repel water is minimal, after a couple of minutes of rain they get completely wet and do not dry as quickly as they should. I don't recommend them for wet weather.

Pants are perfect and exactly what I was looking for, especially the zipped pockets (left and right). The belt however is a simple hook that cannot be adjusted once you connect. At least you can remove and replace with belt of your choice,
