This Is My 3rd Ba Tent And I Will Never Buy Another Brand. These Tents Are Incredible!

Because it fits all my needs. Super light weight and easy to use for multi day ski/hiking trips

Love It

Really like this light freestanding tent. Went on a 2 night backpack with forecasted rain. It did. Tent did its job

Miles B

Great tent, super light roomy, and so far pretty durable, although I have only spend around 20 nights in it so far.

Great Tent

I've been using this tent for the last 5 years and have the mntGLO version (the built-in lighting is a nice feature but can be removed to save weight). I have the 2-person tent but have kept it solo so far. The tent is comfortable and is very light. My hammock gear set up is about the same weight as my tent gear set up when using this tent.

Light And Easy Set Up

I have the new version plus the 2019 version. Both are good tents and set up is easy. Condensation build up is pretty bad in the new version. Needs more airflow

Great Backpacking Tent

I have the solution dyed version of this tent-actually both the two person which I use with my dog and the three person which I use with another person because I mostly use this on wetter trails and so we want to keep our backpacks in the tent and not under the fly. This tent is amazingly light and has a perfect footprint so fits in most tentsites on thruhikes. I have used this tent on the Arizona Trail, the John Muir, Trail, and the Colorado Trail. It is lightweight, easy to set up good in the storms, although we were caught in tropical storm, Hillary on the John Muir Trail, and water was splashing up over the bathtub sides. It did not collapse under a snowstorm in the fall on the Arizona Trail, or under the hail multiple experiences on the Colorado Trail. When my daughter borrowed it and bent one of the poles, big Agnes was very quick to respond and fixed it for me. Overall, a great tent, durable and ultralight.

Light And Roomy

I have the Solution Dye version of this tent and found it to be roomy and comfy, but it was tough to set up in the rain on the river sandbar. It leaked at the corners because we didn't have the fly set just perfectly... In dry, comfortable conditions though, it's not an issue. Tons of storage and 2 entries are a plus if there's 2 of you, otherwise you don't need it.

A Game-changer For Chronic Illness And Solo Setups

I used the Tiger Wall UL2 on a recent guided backpacking trip, and it completely exceeded my expectations. I live with stage 4 endometriosis and chronic fatigue, so every ounce and every extra step counts and this tent delivered on all fronts. It was incredibly lightweight, which meant I could carry it without adding to my pain. Setup was shockingly easy. I could pitch it by myself without any struggle, even at the end of a long day on trail. It also packed down quickly and compactly, which helped me stay organized and avoid overwhelm in the mornings. This tent made me feel capable and independent in the outdoors again, something I don't take for granted. If you're looking for something light, reliable, and easy to use (especially if you live with a chronic condition or just appreciate simplicity), the Tiger Wall UL2 is 100% worth it.

Great Tent Even For A Big Guy

Great tent and super lightweight. I am a 6'4" 280+ lb guy and found this tent very comfortable.

Thumbs Up!!

Easy to set up and take down. Roomy with plenty of storage and space. Just wish the food print came with it.

Ultralight And Sturdy

I finished a 110-mile mountainous through hike in an area where a pole tent really wasn't an option and suffered from the extra weight of the "light weight" free standing tent I had. I was also cramped in that one. In talking with a friend that hikes many hundreds of miles every year he turned me on to the Tiger Wall UL2. It's barely 2 pounds, very spacious for one person with my gear in the tent to keep out bugs and critters from my pack and other gear, and it super easy to set up. It's freestanding in the sense that I can set it up and move it around as needed then get the corners staked down. I can easily use rocks and other means to secure the two corners that don't have the frame. I love how compact and simple it is! The frame and stakes are also light enough to pack separate from the tent material and compress the tent very small to take up much less space. Thanks to this tent my base pack weight is now solidly under 20 pounds, and it didn't break the bank to get there. Woo-hoo!

Quick And Easy

Great blend of light weight, durability and ease of use. And that seems to be a tough needle to thread.

Really Liking This Tent

Have had this tent for a few months now and have taken it on a handful of backpacking trips. Haven't experienced more extreme weather in it quite yet, but I'm really pleased with how it's help up so far. I think it's the perfect combo of lightweight, easy to set up, not terribly cramped with two people, good ventilation, and packability. For reference, The two tents I've used multiple times before are the Copper Spur UL2 and the REI Flash Air 2. The Tiger Wall UL2 beats out both of those when trying to optimize well for weight + comfort. I also love the Fast Fly Shelter feature. I've recently set it up a few times at the beach for shelter and shade, but am unsure if the fly fabric protects against UV rays. Would be grateful if y'all could advise me on this. Thanks!

I Absolutely Love This Tent As A One Or Two Person.

I absolutely love this tent. It meets my comfort needs while being ultralight. The side entries are what sold it for me. I have never enjoyed contorting my way into front single entry tents. I find the double vestibules and doors to be so much more functional and comfortable. My partner and I sleep very comfortably in this tent. I'm 6' 220lbs and she's 5' 10" and 130lbs. We're not super small folks, especially me lol, and we find it very comfortable.

Great Backpacking Tent

This tent is what I wanted in a backpacking specific tent. Lightweight, compact, easy to use, and provides enough protection to keep moving the next day. I've used this tent in many different weather conditions, it's great in warm weather, and kept me going when recently struck by a snowstorm at 11,000 feet in Colorado (image attached). I do have trouble with the door and fly keepers. They loop and tab fly keeper system feels to be attached too low on the fly body, so that the vestibule door tents to unroll and flop down. Overall this is a great tent that will serve me well in years to come.
