Favorite Backpacking Meal
Everytime I bring this I make my friends jealous. The added siraracha, peanut butter, peanuts and lime mean I get to customize it to my mood. The lime helps it feel very fresh. Not exactly a true "pad thai" flavor but delicious. This is my favorite brand for food but I can never finish a meal. Luckily I hike with people that always want my leftovers.

New recipe isn't as good. Now it just tastes like tomato and peanut butter. Noodles and chicken are still delicious. Could be spicier too. But I guess if you backpack far enough you'll eat anything anyway.

Best freeze dried meal I have ever eaten. It almost tastes like resturant quality. It is a bit spicy so be careful of putting in the whole sriracha mix. It might be too much!
