If you ever wore a bulky, full body life vest while kayaking, you know how hot and uncomfortable it can be in the cockpit. This vest with a mesh back and sufficient flotation in the front was sooo much more comfortable at a good price point.

Great PFD, very lightweight and easy to move. The velcro straps are also nice addition to keep them out of the way.

I bought this for my adventure photographer boyfriend, he loves this! It has access points for safety gear AND cameras. Plus the breathable back helps him regulate his temp during intense paddles and shoots.

Very comfortable - nice and cool, doesn't feel bulky or restrictive

I own two of these for whitewater inflatable kayaking. Great option for high back seats and casual rafting. Stays cool and comfortable. Be aware: a friend wearing this vest fell off the raft in some class 4 water, and while being pulled back in the raft via the shoulder straps, the main zipper came undone, and only the bottom waist buckle was keeping the PFD on. I wouldn't rely on this vest for serious whitewater for that reason. One of pocket zippers has also busted on one of them.

I didn't know life jackets could be this lightweight. I dig the fit, air pockets and all, but this literally feels so light you can't belive it. Bonus points for the velcro bits to secure the strap ends. Give the person who thought of that a raise.

These are the lightest and breathable PFD’s I’ve ever owned…and clients love them as well!

As recreational paddlers, this vest is perfect. We both now have the same model. The pockets are great for carrying / securing a whistle and car keys, an attached knife and probably more if one wants. My favorite feature is the flotation in the back is above where my seat hits so it’s very comfortable. The arm holes leave plenty of room for arm movement and since I’m a bit short waisted, the length in front is perfect as well. Sturdy fabric that looks like it will last forever. Great product!

So comfortable and lightweight I basically forgot I was wearing it. The zipper can be a bit tricky to line up but it seems durable and doesn't get too hot in the sun (as most zippers do).

I love everything about this life jacket. It is easily adjustabe and super comfortable to wear for all day paddles. It also helps me stay cool on really hot days, and with it's adjustability, I can layer up for paddling on those cooler days. On top of all that, the color is so pretty.

This pfd is comfortable and easy to put on. The pockets are satisfactory, if a bit snug for a phone.

I really like the quality and fit of the EV-Eight. I wear it paddle boarding.

Thin back, great venting, highly adjustable for a great fit. Top notch.

Comfortable, comfortable and light. Fit nicely and tight, feels light on the body. Easy adjustable and versatile to different clothing depending on the weather conditions.
