Does Not Keep Liquids Cool Like The Metal Ones.

Not up to typical yeti standards. I have ALOT of yeti products. Cups jugs ect. My metal jug keeps ice for 2 days without pre chilling. I love it. The plastic one maybe 6 or 8 hours, even with pre chilling. Even tried freezing the jug half full of water. Still melts in 6 or 8 hours plus you have to remove the straw tube. I have tried to love it, however its cheap plastic. Wouldn't buy another. Too much hassle to return. Atleast the green looks good on the shelf.... Where it will live out the rest of its days. Get the metal jugs if you care about keeping your drinks cool on a warm day.

Does not keep ice for more than 3 hours while actively trying to keep it out of the sun and things that would warm it up. Skip it and get a tried and true metal jug if you care about ice retention.

Definitely Out Performs The Competitors!

Amazing for all of our tournaments, it doesn’t keep ice overnight, but I understand that in order to do so the foam would have to be as thick as the tundras… Definitely out performs the competitors! And we love the design.

Extremely Dissapointed

I am extremely disappointed in my purchase. It will not hold ice in my air conditioned office overnight. I will never buy another Yeti product.

Yeti 1/2 Gallon Silo

I just the yeti silo half gallon cooler as a gift the handle and the lid are nice but it does not keep drinks very cold very long. It takes up more space than my other coolers, and ice does not last. I would not buy another one, I would buy a stainless steel cooler as it retains ice a lot better and has more space in it. For the price it is definitely not worth the money, It will not even keep my water cool all day. If I could get a refund or return it I would.

It Holds Liquid

I thought because of the price and that it said yeti on it, I thought it would be great. Well my heart sank. Only held ice for 6 hours. Great product if you don't mind adding ice every time you fill it. All in all I'm still not sorry I bought it. It works for what I intended it to do.

Worst Product, Do Not Purchase

This is the worst product, the the jugs do not stay cold even inside the house. I can fill it with ice and by morning it has melted. Also got them personalized and it’s already coming off.

Great Form, Terrible Performance

Doesn’t keep ice very long at all, i have the metal gallon jug that i use for work and keep in my trucks toolbox for days at a time and it holds ice for a couple days. This jug stays in the house for drinking throughout the day and is completely melted by the end of the day. Only thing I like about it is the form factor and the straw.

I’m very disappointed with this. I bought this thinking “it’s a yeti, it will definitely keep my water cold”. It does not. I have bought jugs for way less and they perform so much better than this. Sucks because now I’m going back to my old jug and wasted the money for this.
