I was so excited to receive my new customized Yeti Tumbler, that is until I saw it. The images I uploaded are so small & distorted on the cup. I can't even make out the quote I added. This is horrible work, not what I expected from the Yeti Brand. I have several other customized Yeti items & they all look great, not sure why they thought this was ok to send to me. It's so ugly I won't even use it in public.

I give the cup 5 stars. I give the company 1 star for the unprecedented arrogance for ignoring customer input. It’s 30 degrees out side, you have a nice hot cup of coffee. Your hand is holding a 30 degree steel heat sink in you hand! Make us a neoprene sleeve for our mugs! PS: enough with the “Terms & Conditions”, it’s just a product review! PPS: I was guessing Yeti to be a New York or New Jersey company. Never in my wildest imagination it would be Texas!

I actually disagree with the previous review about how much the cup holds. I can actually use these cups as measuring devices when cooking. Example: an 8 oz cup filled to the top is 1 cup of fluid.

10 Stars If It Had A Ceramic Lining

Great for hot and cold - please make this with a ceramic lining for coffee!

20 Oz? Not Quite

The name of this product is very deceiving. I purchased it thinking it would hold 20 oz of liquid, but it actually only holds about 16 oz if you want to be able to put the lid on. I even filled it all the way to the rim, and it only held 18 oz. I was disappointed by this because the advertised 20 oz capacity was one of the main reasons I chose this product. That being said, it does a great job of keeping my drinks cold or hot for a long time. I also really like that it fits well in my car’s cup holders, which makes it convenient for everyday use. Overall, I like the quality and performance of the cup, but I wish the advertised capacity was more accurate.
