The string to tighten the cuff broke the first time I went to tighten it. Understandable that I received a defective pair. Filled out a warranty claim expecting a replacement. Replacement was refused, and I was told to mail the gloves back at my own expense and I would receive a gift card for the value minus sales tax. So I am out 15 dollars because I received a defective pair. Terrible customer service and they do not stand by the quality of their own product.

Do Not Buy These!!
My husband bought these for me for Christmas because I LOVE shoveling snow and I’ve never had a nice pair of winter gloves. Well I still don’t. I wore them 3 times now thinking these look so nice maybe it’s just me. Wrong… I felt like I was getting frostbite after 15 minutes. I wouldn’t expect this from north face or the fact that these were $65. Live and learn but I’m warning everyone else.

Awful Don’t Recommend
Bought these for a snowboarding trip to Vermont and they were awful. The thumb part was cold and froze. The outer layer on the inside of fingers froze, bubbled up, and then ripped open all within the first day of the trip. Returned immediately after coming home, worst “ski” gloves I’ve ever seen.

Bought this a month ago and super cute and warm! I would recommend this product for anyone about to go on a ski trip or snowboarding! My hands never got cold.
