Not Great For School

I'm not one to provide a review or feedback when I've had a bad or disappointing experience, but I really felt the need to do one for the Jester Luxe bag. I bought this bag for University and within less than a week the front strap (bungee strap) broke. The shoulder pads/strap is extremely uncomfortable and the bag barely holds much. I only carry a 13.3" laptop, binder, pencil case and purse and the bag feels so heavy on my back. Comparing it to a regular Thinkpad computer bag I had before it did not feel so heavy even when carrying more items. The only good thing I like about this bag is that the side pockets are large enough to hold my water bottle, and the stand-up design and the top handle is convenient. However, I don't see the need for 2. I was really excited about getting this bag for school, but I am extremely disappointed and would never ever recommend to anyone to wear to school!!

I bought this for my backpack for school and it literally held up for like maybe two weeks and then the pocket on the edge broke. There’s basically no pockets for your stuff. It’s so small. and is not at all comfy on your back.
