Excellence choice for my travel to ski to Jackson Hole Wyoming

Great luggage! Purchased the first bags 10 years ago and they have held up to robust use. Gifting new ones for our college aged kids.

Hubby loves it. Very sleek and stylish, but also seems very well made. We like the bigger wheels this has. Haven't used it for a trip yet.

I have the larger version of this bag and needed a carryon. It's functional, durable and nice looking. I love TNF luggage and also the lifetime guarantee they offer.

Awesome rolling luggage piece! Super durable, lots of storage room, and looks really good too.

I really like this bag. The pockets...the color schema...all of it is nice and practical. I plan on purchasing the next size bag soon.

Thought this would be perfect as a carry-on, but I just had to check this bag last week because it was 2 inches over and the airline (United) would not let me squeeze/compress down the luggage. This was a domestic flight and I think that even with their caveat, the North Face needs to shave an inch off in width and depth to be safe. My having to gate check this bag cost me as much as this piece of luggage, unfortunately.

Just got back from a trip to New Zealand and I combined this one with a 28 inch Rolling Thunder check-in. While the length and width dimensions of this carry-on are slightly over what New Zealand air permits, the ability to squish down the pack depth allowed me to keep it within measure measurement parameters. The handlebar and wheels, along with the side loops, make this very easy to lift into an overhead luggage compartment - definitely a worthwhile purchase!

The handle you have to pull up requires 2 hands, there are 2 buttons to extend and shorten the handle. Very inconvenient when you have other bags, or are in a hurry. Most wheel bags just have one button at the top of the handle. Bad design.

Love it! Plenty of intentional storage spaces. Sharp looking.

This rolling thunder is the perfect carry on for a weekend or short trip.

Great for airline travel. Rugged, durable, holds my clothes, and looks super cool. What more do you need?

This is a fantastic compact carryon! Great for a weekend trip-carries so much and is super sturdy and the wheels are solid!

The dimensions on this bag exceeds the maximum carry-on bag dimensions for many airlines I use (Air Canada, Lufthansa etc). Why would North Face design a bag intended for carry-on to be larger than the maximum dimensions allowed by airlines?
