Stanley Quencher Flip Straw Lid Has Manufacturing Issue

Bought these as Christmas gifts and everyone loved the design. The problem is with the Quencher Flip Straw lid. When you suck on the straw, there is a gurgling noise as though as is getting in. As a result, the flow of water (or whatever you are drinking) is hampered. It's like getting little water and a lot of air. I tried fixing it in every way possible that was recommended online and nothing helped. So then I bought 5 more from the store to test and they all did the same thing. (Then had to return them). I called Stanley and the person said they couldn't replace the lid for 30 days (some warranty thing that wasn't explained well). Additionally, Stanley rep said that if they were to replace the lid, they would not give me the pretty holly green one that matches the tumbler. I own several other Quenchers and none of them work like this so it is clearly a manufacturing issue. Very disappointing because I wanted the leakproof straw version of this tumbler.

Really Leakproof!

I loved my original Stanley Quencher, but the ProTour Flip Straw really is a gamechanger. It is truly leakproof! I can put this in a bag and not worry at all about it leaking.
