The item is leaking. I’m trying to get it covered under a warranty, but that is taken over 40 days and the issue still isn’t resolved yet.

It is so hard to flip the spout open. That is my only gripe.

Just bought this product love the fact it keeps my water cold but it leaked non stop.

I bought this for my son to use for sports, but the water leaks out from the very top of the bottle. I’ve made sure it’s not overfilled, but every time we fill it and close it, water starts leaking out through the straw. It seems like there may be an issue with the seal or the lid.

This is bigger and bulkier than I thought it would be and does not keep water full of ice cold for more than 18 hrs... and it's kept inside all day. A bit disappointed

I drive trucks. This thing stays cold for hours. Only way the ice melts is me refilling it with room temperature water

Added this gem to our collection for game days and performed like a beast out in the sun.

The cap leaks. It doesn't seal properly. I wouldn't recommend it.

Awesome size & perfect for coffee on the go, especially with “FLIP STRAW.”

This Stanley Jug is my favorite in my collection of Stanley products. I use to have to make 3-4 trips downs stairs to refill my cup up with water but now I only have do make a trip twice a day. With a goal of drinking 60 oz of water a day this has help tremendously. I love it and will be buying another one in a different color so I have two. Then I won’t have to make any trips down stairs after having surgery.

Although this is a larger form factor, it is a very good water delivery system. This has been used in 90° plus weather and it still keeps the ice from melting in my drink all day and even to the next morning. It’s a great grab and go for a worksite; it is not tippy, which is why I chose this form. Easy to clean. Not necessarily for cars unless you have a giant cupholder. Doesn’t leak if tipped over so you could keep it on your car seat. Excellent sturdy handle. I expect this to last forever! Highly recommended.
