Just Ok/not Particularly Durable

These aren't the most durable Smartwool socks - and I've mostly been wearing them around the house. Might be because of the mixed fabric design? They also shrunk down a good bit after one wash (cold/delicate/damp dry/free & clear detergent), so they slip down in the short boots I was hoping to wear them with. Wool socks are an investment and I hoped for better. I have other Smartwool socks that are great - and a pair of gloves that have lasted forever and a day.

Stunning & Warm

OK, so these were Christmas gifts for my wife. I’d gotten her a pair last year, and they’re her favorites. Only regrets, Smartwool has somehow felt compelled to discontinue the MEN’S ‘popcorn’ socks! I’m glad I grabbed a pair before their demise.
