Faithful Speedcoss Buyer
I’ve been buying the speedcross model for over 15 years. They look and feel great and hold up for a long time. I’ve had at least 12 pairs over the years. I love them so much I’m always afraid to try new styles.

So Great!
I needed new lightweight hiking shoes for a 2 week trip with daily hiking in the Alps (25000+ steps a day!) Very minimal break-in needed. Great traction, lightweight, minimal foot fatigue. I felt safe, confident, and comfortable the whole time! And they're still going strong on regular hikes now that I'm home. I have high arches and am prone to blisters from rub spots. No problems with these shoes though. LOVE THEM and highly recommend.

Flexible Trail Shoes For A Multitude Of Surfaces
I just purchased my second pair of SpeedCross trail shoes. My first pair lasted many years, getting me through mud, gravel, wet pavement, and cobblestones. They run a little narrow. However, they have great support for a high arch and they grip my heel better than any other Salomon model I have tried.

Comfort In All Terrain
I have worn the Salomon Speedcross for many seasons now and it continues to be my go to shoe for comfort and support. The Speedcross 6 allows me to run effortlessly from asphalt to trail and back. It feels very secure on wet grass, soft mud or even light ice. If you are looking for a versatile trail shoe this is a great choice.

Comfort Straight Out Of The Box Brand New!
As a loyal Salomon fan/customer I can give only a positive review on this model in particular. My title says it all regarding the women's speedcross 6. I wear a 6.5 in the non goretex and a 7 in the goretex for a little extra room for a slightly thicker ped. I have worn both on the pickleball court running and hiking. However, I would not wear them on an endurance run since I prefere a bit more cushion and only wear asics for ultra runs.
The no tie laces are key for quick slipping on and off. The stability of this model is perfect for my needs and foot. The only downside is the treads wear down super quick, and the amount of miles I log in have me buying a new pair every 4/5 months. Otherwise, I would give 5 stars. Yet, I sill find myself attached and going back to this model for 7 years now. I have tried other salomon models, such as the Unisex which did not work for me at all!

Dependable
Section hiked the Sheltowee Trace in these. 320 miles (plus training miles) and these were so dependable the whole way! I did buy a more supportive and cushy insole but I have old feet. Buying a new pair for my next adventure!

Very Pleased
I work in a national park and put a lot of mileage on this shoe. It's very light and comfortable. Nice and sticky on trails and rock. Very pleased.

Excellant But…..
I absolutely love these shoes….they do what they are suppose to do, grip in scree, rock etc., but I wish they were in a wide width…I have wide feet and sizing up you lose how the shoe is to function properly. I also like that the heel drop is 10. More normal for me as I have been running for over 40 years. Yep that’s right I’m probably one of the first trail runners before it was even a sport. I got tired of running on pavement and playing dodge car!

Great Grip For Trails
This is the first pair of Salomons I have purchased. I love the grip they have, while still being light, that is super beneficial for trails with lots of roots and rocks.

Favorite Hiking And Mountain Biking Shoes
These sneakers are tried and true. I confidence in the sole during my most technical hikes, NH White mountains, Kilimanjaro, Mt. Fuji and Pikes Peak Co. They are great for trail running and mountain biking too. So versatile. I'm on my 4th pair!

I Have 6 Pairs. Have Purchased These For Years!
Endurance runner & favorite shoe for running and everyday. I had a tibial plateau fracture skiing this winter. Non weight bearing for almost 8 weeks. When relearning to walk these were the best shoes! Comfortable and supportive.
