I have a question - my 5 yo German Sheppard loves swimming in our above ground pool but works so hard I'm afraid she's going to have a heart attack. Do you think this will give her confidence so she can relax & enjoy herself? Thanks

I've tried several different brands of life vests for dogs, and while this is pricey, it's the best there is. It's sleek, streamlined, unencumbering, making movement for my dogs as uninhibited it can be. I love that the bottom is well fitted, no loose straps (straps are securely velcroed) no loose flaps that just drags in water. It's just well made and well designed.

I feel like this is not going to keep me worried about keeping my girl afloat. The fit is great! Seems very sturdy and super easy to get on, even a big fluffy goldendoodle.

I bought this a month ago and have used it several times. It fits my miniature schnauzer very well in the xxs size. Seems to be constructed very well so I expect it to last a long time.

I bought this life jacket alongside another top rated one for my pup. This one fit much better and allows him to freely move around still. He is able to sit and lie down while wearing it. Ruffwear's gear is always durable, and this life vest follows the trend!

It offers great security which helps reduce my anxiety about being in the pool. I can focus my energy on rehabilitating my knee instead of being worried about whether I'm going to drown. My human finds the handle to be an extremely useful feature and was pleased with the adjustability of the body and neck straps. I give this 4 paws up (belly rubs please!). - Dottie the Cattledog

I bought this after trying out a cheaper life jacket last summer. My pup likes to constantly jump off my paddle board and I have to either lift her back on or she likes to trek through the woods on the shoreline while I paddle. So far this has kept her afloat well, held up in the woods on her adventures, and is sturdy enough for me to lift her. I'm excited to use this more throughout the summer!

This float coat life jacket fits perfectly snug and works exactly like its supposed to. I love the bright colors and the handle is very sturdy.

I use this with both my dogs, a golden retriever and a German shepherd. It fits great and it allows for normal movement. My dogs know how to swim very well but having a life vest improves confidence and allows them to stay in the water longer.

Bought this for our Golden puppy who is still learning to swim in deeper water. This vest gives him a nice boost of security while looking super handsome.

I had gotten a different brand initially and was not happy with the fit. I ordered this based on reviewsand knowing the Ruffwear name means quality. So happy with it. We actually both went into the drink yesterday and this kept my girl head put of the water and easily to lift back on the SUP once I was back on. I love the handle and the full torso support.
