Very nice weather type short sleeve shirt, I am 5'11, 178lbs, muscly, lean and fit and size Medium work perfectly for me and true to size to most brands I wear. Just know this shirt although knitting type air flow texture could be to warm to wear in hot weather , it also has some weight to the shirt unlike a polo type shirt, this is not an issue but more of FYI if your warm natured or for me its perfect for 60-75 degrees temps but would be to warm for me in temps 80 and above.
