Great Gel Support

I purchased the gloves in part to help relieve tingling and numbness that I get on longer rides. The gloves worked as advertised. No tingling or numbness.

Where’s The Gel?

Well made gloves. Beautiful color. Where’s the Gel? Tiny faux-leather looking inserts? Not the padding I expect from the “elite gel” label. Overall, a disappointment.

A Bit Tight

This L glove is a bit tight relative to the yellow gel L glove, both Pearl Izumi. But it’ll be fine.

My Favorite Gloves

I love these gloves. Simple and the work.

Predictable Quality

Like the previous reviewer, I replace these every couple of years as the padding wears out. That's from repeated use not poor quality. At first I thought the finger pulls were odd but I've come to appreciate the efficiency of the design. Didn't need the velcro wrist straps, I just leave them attached loosely and pull them on and off just like the previous design.

Durability!

I buy the latest iteration of these gloves about every 3 years, by which time the ulnar padding is permanently squished to ineffectiveness. Gloves are excellent. This pair seems very similar to my last, the biggest difference being there’s a Velcro closure on these, while my previous were just pull-on. The Velcro is a bit of a bummer bc in editions past the Velcro wore out and would no longer fasten while the rest of the glove was fine. So we’ll see. These new ones use low-profile Velcro that feels like it’ll last longer. Fit is snug and the padding is in all the right places. The padding is firm and thin, providing good bar feel at the slight expense of more cushion. The finger pulls work really well, and while you’d think they’d be the first thing to rip I have to say no pair of PI gloves I’ve ever owned ever structurally ripped or failed in any way. The padding just eventually squishes or the Velcro stops holding. So, excellent gloves, in-line w every other piece of PI gear over ever bought.

Hubs likes them, alleviates some numbness in his thumbs. Fit great and quite comfy.

Bike Gloves

Fit is a bit tight close to wrist, they are still new so I'm sure they will loosen up in time. Padding feels good, much better than my old pearl gloves that are just worn out. Would not what the glove size bigger or smaller.
