This is such a lovely backpack and I love the torrent blue heather colour. What else is there to say, it's otherwise brilliant Osprey quality.

My grandson absolutely loves this bag. It's ideal for schoolwork, for short breaks and for everyday use. It has plenty of room inside and is well made.

Perfect for daily use. It's the second time I buy this model, the first one lasted 15 years and I worked it really hard before replacing it

I am not sure which I love more - this bag or Osprey's no-nonsense repair or replace guarantee. I wish Osprey made jackets and other outdoors stuff too.

I have used this model for many years but finally the chest strap mechanism came off the adjustable slider. In the new one the laptop pocket is smaller and there is no zip pocket in the main compartment. In the smaller section I like the fact that the zipped pocket is higher up. Already one of the main straps has twisted and I hope this is not going to be a regular occurrence.

Have always been pleased with Osprey rucksacks so far. This one looks and feels up to their usual standard.

I have an odd use for this, carrying an oxygen concentrator whilst keeping the intake vents unobstructed. The elastics on the back have proved sturdy enough to cope. It also carries my other requirements. The back system is, however, not the most comfortable. It does fulfil the need of carrying a heavy bit of equipment in a more efficient manner than the shoulder bag it came in.

Sorry for the late reply! Absolutely love my Quasar. Anyone that says adults shouldn't carry back packs better steer clear of me because I take it everywhere!

Can fit anything daily you would need, best for school uni, can even do groceries etc. and looks cool

Very high quality bag. The organization is well thought out, and I feel confident I will be able to rely on it for years to come. Easily fits my 14" Macbook Pro in the laptop pocket. The shoulder straps are very comfortable. Room for improvement: - The hipbelt is very thin. An optional hipbelt that is more robust would be a nice touch - The front panel is constantly crinkled leading to a less professional look. I hoped it would stay taught as in the photos and got it in all black, but the crinkled appearance seems like something a simple tweak to the fabric or body panel could improve.

Super, compact, many pockets, fitting well, very convenient. (I would appreciate hidden more hidden inside pockets. )

5’8”-155lbs fairly fit Love the pockets, love the usability of the pockets. Straps fit great and are padded properly. First time using a bungee system and I don’t like it. Lost two items. A hat and long sleeved shirt. First time I accepted as not knowing how to use a bungee system. Second time I watched videos and made sure it was cinched. It still fell out somewhere on the hike. I would rather have had a large dump pocket there. Lesson learned. Other than that, this is a great size for all day hiking or walking
