Great Quality….
Great quality peel, so I’m pleased with my purchase. However it is an additional gift to go with the Ooni oven purchased as a gift so I can make no comment yet as to how it performs. But I am confident it’s a great choice.

Pizza Peel
We have only used it once. It should work fine, however, we had trouble with our homemade dough not transferring well onto the pizza stone. Need to research best practices and continue to improve our process.

Thin Floppy Metal With A Short Plastic Handle
The peel feels like it's going to break with even a small pizza on it. The handle is plastic and instantly melts when it gets close to the heat. Unfortunately I would need to pay shipping to return it.
