I ordered a new pair of On Cloudrock Waterproof Low (women's 6.0) on Sep 30. The shipment then had no tracking scans for 6 days (Oct 3–8) and arrived Oct 9 with the shoebox torn open along the edge. The shoes did not look factory-fresh either (light dirt in the outsole tread), so I have no confidence I received a brand-new pair. I filed a complaint with photos (case 0FDDDM). What followed took two phone calls and four chat agents over several hours. A 10% compensation on an exchange was 'offered,' but it was calculated on a higher current price in a way that erased the discount entirely — and no agent would honor it against what I actually paid or escalate the case. I gave up on the exchange. A torn box was bad enough; the runaround made it worse.

Great shoe comfortable but not waterproof after three weeks depends on how often you expose them to water im a mail carrier and they cant withstand constant dew from yards on my route

Comfortable the moment I put them on. Have not tested them on the trails yet, but, looking forward to it.

Hiked about 20 miles over 2 days. Very comfortable. Loved them!

I purchased these for a trip to Iceland. I did not check a bag and had limited space in my carryon so opted to wear them for my flights. They were very comfortable and the treads worked well when we were hiking. I purchased my normal size. Other than being pricey, I love them!

I bought this in March of 2026 and the inside of the heals are tearing apart. But on the good side they are a very comfy shoes to wear. These are the only shoes I can wear with my bone spurs on my feet.

The shoe feels very hard! Not comfortable at first. Feels like cheaper material. And when I walk the plastic underneath makes a terrible sound. Not sure I would recommend this shoe. They also sent me a wide when i ordered a medium.

These shoes are extremely comfortable and light weight. They fit true to size and are really cute too.

First let me say that I found it incredibly difficult to find waterproof hiking shoes in store, so the selection was very limited. I found these to be the most comfortable of all the options I found in various stores. I wasn't real thrilled with the color selection, but I did like the one. Of course that one wasn't available in my size. I'd rather settle on color than comfort, so I'm pleased with this purchase.

Great shoe for hiking! Wore them in the snow and my feet stayed warm and dry while also having good traction for the snowy trails. A little heavy at first, but great after getting used to it
