Bouncy

Wore these for the first time during a 5k and they felt good straight out of the box. Good amount of bounce, made hitting the paces feel easier. Unsure if they’ll translate to higher mileage but planning to try them for a marathon.

Not A Fan

They really don’t do anything for me. Had a bad race, so hard not to blame it on the shoe, but I really don’t think they are anything special. Felt like a lightweight trainer. No roll, no pop. Runs half size small. Not really an improvement from the v5… the v5 were bouncy, and these I felt like tried to be slightly bouncy, slightly rockered, but ended up missing the mark on both. Not designed for fast people I think.

The shoes have been great for my longer runs. My only gripe is the fit. There are barely any reviews about the actual sizing. I’m usually a size 7 in women’s but I would suggest sizing up a whole size. I got a 7.5 and although it’s not horrible, I definitely could’ve used that extra room in the toe box.

This felt like a fast and comfortable trainer. It has good forward momentum, and much less loading on the Achilles than previous models. Squeaking is also no longer a problem.

Light, Responsive Supershoe

This was a very nice shoe. It was light and responsive. Used it for an easy run trial run after a hard workout the day before and lifting that morning- was impressed at how fast I could go with an easy effort. They weren't too slippery in the rain like other super shoes I have run in have been, can't speak to how they'd do racing in the rain though. Did notice the shoe felt like it ran a little smaller than expected.

Love this update! Toe box is slightly more narrow compared to the previous model and the Inifinion foam make the shoe feel much more responsive compared to before!

A Comfortable Reactive Shoe

A very comfortable and reactive shoe, lots of bounce. Personally feeling how propulsive the shoe felt on the first run, I felt that my foot strike might not be the perfect match for the shoe, but maybe I just need more time to get used to it. I’m excited to try more uptempo work in the shoes to see how they react.

Bouncy & Cute

They’re super bouncy & cute, the yellow really pops and I love how see through the top is. They have barely any tread, so definitely not ideal for slippery pavement. I think they run about a half size small from my usual, so I recommend sizing up.

Fun, Cushioned Race Shoe

Took these out for a few miles, and found them comfortable and bouncy right out of the box. I wear the 1080s for training runs and did notice these fit a bit smaller, but not quite a full half size down (I had slightly less than a thumb’s width of space in the toe box, so I may just be in between sizes). If you prefer a roomier feel, I’d consider going up half a size from your usual 1080 size. Overall, a solid race shoe and excited to try these for an actual race.
