One Of The Best Runners You Can Get On The Market

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The New Balance SuperComp Rebel running shoes are up there with some of the best shoes you can get on the market. These are extremely light weight, perfect for long distance runs and for someone who is looking to set a new PB. The thick sole allows for fantastic shock absorption and the curvature of the sole allows for a fluid motion, propelling you into your next step. As with all running shoes, it will take a few runs to break them in properly but straight out of the box they are a dream to run in. The SuperComp Rebel provides fantastic arch support and come setup and ready to go straight out of the box. Couldnt recommend these enough for those that are new to running or those that have been running for years.

These shoes are sooo comfortable that it feels like your walking on clouds and because there not flat on the bottom you can really feel how they spring you up off the floor and I can really see how these would make running a long marathon a lot easier. There also really light weight and made of this like water repeling fabric that makes them very good for the ventilation and breathability as I could comfortably wear these shoes all day without getting sweaty feet. Would definitely recommend.

They don’t fit. Even if they are wide it’s unconditionally on the side of the shoe, after I run for 4 minutes I have lots of pain in the bottom out of the feet

Energy Return Is Awesome

This is a great shoe with a great energy return from the carbon fiber plate. I could tell an immediate difference in my pace. Shoe is comfortable as well. I’m also happy with the drop height.

Walking On Clouds

Running was even better as the curved sole reduces strain on my ankle and makes each stride easier than conventional flat shoes. Running on concrete now doesn't put stress on my joints, particularly knees.

I have purchased many pairs of NB shoes. This pair of shoes is the most unstable pair I have ever had in my life time. You can basically rock front to back just standing still. Totally unstable shoe.

Helps Me Get The Most Out Of My Runs

The material is light and airy and the inner shoe is soft on the foot with included arch support. It grips any surface with ease and the way the sole is designed, with its slightly rounded shape, means you can run with the least amount of energy going through your legs and knees. This makes running easier on my body and helps me go further on my daily run. Overall great product and would recommend to anyone, beginner or advanced, who runs!

Lots of cushion at the back for any heel strikers and it feels like an aggressive trainer that wants to see how long you can hold your quicker pacers. Would be ideal for marathons for sub elite runners and then great trainers for anyone who is pushing some serious PB’s! Another note - the upper, it’s nice and breezy. Great for hot weather. Runs a touch narrow but good for lockdown!

Power, Speed And Energy Return

I took my New Balance SC rebels out for a first run on a 5K tempo run which would normally take me over 25 minutes but I finished it in 24. Amazed at how lightweight they feel and the awesome energy return. I did start out trying to run on some grass, but realized that the uneven surface wasn’t right and ended up finishing the run on pavement, which I realized was much better.
