The suede tore near one of the eyelets after only a few days of use. And they arrived with the laces already on them, laced to the top. Shoes I've purchased in the past didn't have the laces installed. Were they demo shoes. The fit was good. I though they were on the flat side - no arch support. These have been returned. I love my old Hierro's. 'Would be nice to get a no charge upgrade in view of the disappointment - alas, this was not offered.
