The Squeak Never Stops.
The squeak never ends. These shoes squeaked excessively from day 1. 6 months later and they still squeak. I can no longer wear them to work or in doors as the volume has reached an embarrassing level. New Balance support refused a refund or a replacement and said the squeak was normal. They squeak with and without socks and with and without the insoles. The squeak comes from deep inside the shoe and cannot be stopped. The overall quality is low with the lining ripping within the first month - again, New Balance refused to fix this issue. Totally disappointing shoe and support. It's a shame as they look great and are comfortable. I will be trying a different brand in future.
