Item was initially sent to the wrong address. When I received the item the Shipping box looked like it had lost a prize fight with iron Mike Tyson. The inner MUC-OFF box was also blown open and the pieces were laying haphazardly inside. Everything appears to be in working condition but I haven’t yet had a chance to use the actual product. If it does work properly product durability will get a 5 star rating.
