Comfortable, But Not Waterproof.
Love the boot, comfortable but not waterproof. Took on a trip to the Falkland Islands where I needed waterproof and after a couple days the boot was wet outside and damp inside. They would not dry overnight so each day new dry socks would be damp because the inside was still dame. Not soaking wet, but damp enough your socks were wet each day.

Hold Up To Heavy Use. My Go To Midi
I wear these every day for 3 seasons for 12+ hours a day. I work outside on a farm and they get heavy use through all kinds of terrain - hills, grass, gravel, pavement, rocks, rain, mud, temps from 40 dgrees to 105 degrees F - all the things. I have worn the soles out after 2 years so there is no tread on the foot bed. Happy to report the mesh shoe itself has zero holes rips or tears and the shoe has stayed in tack and did not come apart like other higher priced brands I have tried over the years. The best for me is I do not wear the heals down like I do on regular non-hiking boots. The midi boot gives just enough ankle support without restricting my movements. Highly recommend this midi!
CON: They are water resistant and not waterproof. 15 minutes of walking in dewy grass and my feat are wet. This is the only reason for the 4 star instead of the 5 star. I prefer laces and have to now remove the bungee cord on purchase. I must be in the minority who prefers laces over bungee as this is a newer feature.

No Break In, Just Go
Bought these for a last-minute 12-mile rugged hike. They are a bit clunky but there was no break in period needed - just put them on and go for it. Comfortable straight out of the box for 6 hours of hiking.

Had To Adjust Then They Were Great
I had to remove the inner soles and put in my orthotics into the shoe as the high arch in the shoe hurt my foot. That is more of my issue than the shoe's. Once I did that they were perfect. My feet felt supported and warm all during our hikes.

Love My Merrells
I brought these hiking boots with me on my trip to the Glacier National Park and these are awesome, my feet thanked me every night. It felt I was walking on clouds and not walking / hiking all day. Worth every dollar spent.

Overall Comfortable Shor
I bought these a couple weeks ago and am very happy with the purchase. I am usually between a size 7-7.5, so I went with the 7.5 and they fit very well. Didn’t need to break in that much. I wore them at work for a week before my backpacking trip, and only got small blisters on two of my toes after hiking 14 miles in a day. My pinky toes are a little cramped in the shoe which most likely caused the small blisters, but they are cramped in most shoes for me. Very comfortable shoe overall. Only other complaint is that the tongue will often come out even after lacing the shoes tightly up all the way and will often collect debris on the inside, but isnt too big of an issue. Waterproofing is great as well.

My Get Up And Go Boots!
Absolutely love these boots! I heeded recommendation to order larger since it was mentioned that they run small. No problem! Since I usually wear a size 9 I ordered a 9.5 and it fits perfectly. All day, every day comfort and support. I definitely recommend these hiking boots and will be ordering a second pair soon just so I can alternate the every day wearing.

Very Comfortable
These hiking boots are very comfortable. I did not find that they needed to be "broken in". The boots have a comfortable sneaker feel (as opposed to a rigid feel), yet they provide great support. I wear a size 8 1/2 sneaker and found that, with these boots, my toes were right at the end of the 8 1/2. So I ordered a size 9 and they are perfect.

I Love Them, And They Are Cute To Boot ;)
They’re comfy, lightweight, and have great support! I’ve only done a few hikes in them so far, and I was a little worried about the breaking in phase, but they were comfortable right away for me!
I haven’t done any longer hikes in them yet only 5 - 10 km hikes but so far, the boots have done a great job. I also got them a bit muddy, and I was able to rinse off the dirt and mud without getting my feet too wet. The materials make them pretty easy to keep clean so far!
The pink inside does seem to pick up some dirt, but that’s what hiking boots are for! They’re made for getting out on the terrain and getting a little dirty while keeping your feet comfortable, supported, and dry. Overall, I’m really happy with them so far!

Perfect Boot
I have flat feet. After breaking a toe last year, I had to size up to a size 10 in these boots. Glorious fit that cradles my foot, is as flexible as a good shoe, and waterproof for Western Washington weather. These are my forever boots.
