    Quality And Fit Have Plummeted In Recent Years

    I have worn the black (Midnight) Jungle Moc for years and the past couple of years I have been very disappointed. The fit is terrible. They always pinch at the ankle, enough to give me blisters or bruises. And the last two pairs I bought, the suede looked worn out and faded, not a rich black like it used to be. I returned one pair because it looked worn. Rubbed patches, lighter patches. The next one they sent was a little better, but the material is clearly a lesser grade than the OG. I am now looking for another brand of technical shoes. My dress shoes are expensive brands like Manolo and Toteme. I know what quality is. This isn't it any more.

    this is my 2nd pair of jungle mocs. the 1st pair lasted for years & that is saying something as i’m a farmer & my footwear gets abused. these shoes keep my feet dry wet weather. the tread works well even in in slippery mud. i like that they are step-ins & i don’t have to worry about laces (which the goats would undo as soon as i got to the barn). an overall great farm shoe.

    Runs Big, Not Slip Resistant

    I really wanted to like these for work (veterinary clinic/barn). They run bigger in length, but if you have a high ankle, your heel will easily slide out. They also aren’t slip resistant at all and I almost met my maker walking into a linoleum-floored office after stepping in a small amount of water. Just beware. Otherwise they’re okay. My feet don’t necessary hurt in them.

    Not Great For High Arches

    Left foot fit was perfect; the right was too tight across the top, I suspect due to the rigidity of the elastic (and the slight difference in foot size!) If you have a high arch, this makes it worse, I think.
