Seems great for material and design... But I didn't get to use it... Size XXL, supposed to fir chest 47-50 inches, was way too large ! Trying to return it for a smaller one ! Will then leave another review.

Love Other Marmots, For This One I Want A Refund
Seemed great, then the second time i packed it back into its own pocket, one of the tabs tore… how can that be on a new item? I contacted Marmot three days ago (Case #48724743), but still no response. I have really enjoyed other Marmot items - have had one backpack for over 29 years and used it on multiple long (30+ miles walks and hikes) as well as as a reliable carry-on for other trips… but here I have a manufacturing defect and no response? 🤷♂️
