Disappointing. The fit was slightly small and it was VERY lightweight. I could imagine it being better in the summer to wear in the rain, but not worth the price at all. It did a good job at repelling water though.

Nice everyday rain jacket. Always gets the job done and keeps you dry for rainy season.

I absolutely love this jacket. It’s very lightweight and thin. It’s great for the rain and is very comfortable. Water just roles right off the material. It’s great for hikes and could easily be put into a backpack. I’m 6’0” and got a large. It fits perfectly! I highly recommend.

Very light weight, easy to transport in your hang or bag, and very efficient at protecting against rain and wind.

Good quality, very light and packable. Fits well over a light shirt but I would recommend going a size up if you have an athletic/lifter’s build to allow for room to layer.

True to size. Fits well. Offers good protection without being too bulky. I have no complaints as well. This brand never disappoints. It works very well and looks unique

The Marmot Men's Superalloy Bio Ran Jacket fits exactly to the size. It's lightweight and comfortable. It looks to be made real well and does protect wherever you cover from the rain. You do need to put the hood up first though before zipping up all the way or it can be a little hard to put up.

My boyfriend was the model for this one and he liked it! We played in the snow for scientific purposes and it kept him dry the entire time. When I threw a snowball at him it bounced off like nothing. It doesn’t really provide warmth, but it’s good to layer over warmer clothes to keep them dry. He would have liked pockets, but still gives it 5 stars. It does have a small pocket that you can fold it into, not pictured, because he won’t take it off! The jacket is extremely lightweight and well made.

Husband absolutely loves this! At first he was weirded out because its so thin but it does a good job at keeping out wind and rain while also being extremely small and portable. This is perfect for fishing and keeping in the car.

I thought, at first, that this jacket was so very thin, and that is was a giant ripoff. However, Marmot proved why they are the best! The jacket is so light and so breathable, that you'll never get overheated and you'll never have to wait forever for it to dry. The fit is perfect. The color and design are great. The zippers are the coolest. They have made of a silicone-type material that seals the jacket to keep water out. The jacket itself is wholly waterproofed as well. I'm very happy.

The quality of this jacket is great! It is lightweight but doesn't feel flimsy. The hardware and small details really make this jacket stand out and be incredibly useful. This jacket feels thoughtfully designed for the end user. The burnt orange color is a plus too! The sizing is good for most, but not suited for me. The arms were a bit long, but suited for a medium-height, slim build.

I received this marmot rain jacket in exchange for my honest opinion. It’s super lightweight which is great for packing and travel. It’s thin enough to layer for warmer rainy days and can also be warm over top a sweater for cooler days. This fabric makes the wear of the jacket extremely versatile. Its bright orange/red hue is ideal for hikes especially during hunting season.

Nice lightweight rain jacket! I was worried red color would be bright and obnoxious but it is a perfectly toned red. Easily can slip over an outfit or warmer wear for layering. Hood and zipper combine for full coverage. My only complaint is there are no pockets for your hands. There is one credit card type pocket on the front though.

This is the lightest and most functional wind/rain jacket ever. Roll it up and pack away in a small space and when there is rain or a little wind bring it out for protection. The zippers are high quality. And not gonna break anytime soon. It does have some noise that you typically find with a wind/rain jacket. Very protective from the elements. Also fits true to size. I am 6’1 and 210lbs and wearing a Large. Highly recommend for that adventure.

I’m in love! I work with environment fieldwork and I am already a Marmot fan! This jacket doesn’t disappoint! It’s extremely light weight and totally waterproof! You can bring it in your backpack on hiking or just to use on your daily life because you won’t even feel it on your body or its weight. The hood also protects your face pretty well from windy rain. It also has some adjustments on the waist. I am definitely wearing it non stop when spring field season starts.
