I just got this over the weekend and got it set up and to the lake as fast as i could. Very impressed with this combo. it casts really smooth and quite far. still working on getting it fully dialed to the lures i'm using currently. Switched from an Abu black max (fairly budget setup) that actually worked very well but this is like going from a corolla to an M5. very pleased with the purchase caught 3 fish with it. using 15lb braid and KVD square bill cranks and lipless cranks and smackin bass in norcal.

Smooth Reel

Company Did Me Wrong

Company sent me wrong model. Buyer beware, you'll pay for the this model and they will send the old model. They didn't want to make things right. This being after I first received a broken rod that was a different model.

Very Smooth Cast & Retrieve

Just bought this combo today. Coming from using budget friendly Abu Garcia Black Max and Max X baitcast combos , this was a much needed upgrade for me! Casts smooth and far w/ minimal effort. Retrieves well too. Caught 2 fish in one hr of fishing!
